02 Term: Before proceeding with the visa process,
clients are required to clear 50% of the remaining balance after the booking

We only accept
payment by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don’t deal in hard cash

The sum paid for
the booking will not be refundable.

All packages are
completely non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no refund requests will be
entertained or accepted.

If a person is
denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they
are not eligible to claim a refund.

To determine
whether the proposed ticket incurs any extra cancellation fees or charges,
customers must review the specific terms and conditions of the individual
airline. We assume no responsibility or liability for any charges incurred in
this context.

Changes to
flight dates or cancellations follow the airline's policy. Unless otherwise
mentioned, for refunds, it's essential to contact us, as airlines will not
directly refund tickets booked via our company.

No refunds will
be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals,
transportation or Ziyarats , if the customer fails to avail of these services
during their tour.

Riyaz Ul
Jannah's permit is not included in our customize or individual package, only
30+ group we provide Riyzul ul Jaanah We can process at the time of applying visa
but we do not guarantee. Saudi government has been launched the app name of
NUSUK, on which you can go personally and take the permit of Riyaz Ul Jannah.

Drinking water
will be available in the mess only.

Rates may differ
during festive season ( Muharram, Ramadan,Eid and Eid-Milad- Un-Nabi etc)

1 SAR= 23.10 INR
but if there is any variation noted in SAR then the amount have to paid prior
to departure

Hotel with
identical or similar qualities and amenities will be provided in case the
assigned hotel happens to be inaccessible due to unforeseen reasons

The distance
from Masjid e Nabawi and Haram Sharif till hotel may differ on different
platforms ( we calculate distance from the boundary of Haram sharif and Masjid
e Nabawi up to the hotel)

Tour programs
and tours dates are tentative and subject to change without any notification.

operator/guide will not be held accountable for the loss of luggage

Laundry service
will be provided 2 time in Mecca and one time Madina

Fixed timings

Pilgrims

tours are the only subject of claims, disputes, and litigation that are
construed in accordance with current Indian laws, with Delhi courts having
exclusive jurisdiction over them
